Personal assistant to Mr. Lohse

Mr. Lohse is a young Danish entrepreneur and founder of a multi-million dollar consultancy company. He is also a movie maker and needs a Personal Assistant in Rome.

Job description
- Assist in establishing an Italian movie production company
- Recruit creative freelancers for the production company
- Organise castings etc.
- Communicate with European real estate agencies for purchase of apartments
- Book flights and accomodation
- Take dictation
- Simple book keeping, archiving and other secretarial work
- Meet and greet visitors
- Look for a rental apartment in central Rome and review the apartments onsite

Requirements
- You possess organisational skills
- You can work independently
- You have a positive and extrovert attitude
- You write and speak English
- You write and speak Italian
- Age between 20 to 35 years old

Zone: Central Rome
The job can be part-time or full-time according to agreement.
