30 in bound/Customer Care operators

Manpower S.r.l. is looking for 30 in bound/Customer Care operators for an important Company Client.

We search people with these qualifications and skills: Bachelor degree; fluently English and Italian; strong computers skills, expecially in MS Office, Internet and Mac software; good communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will primarily make a customer service work that include:

-Keeping daily communication with customers and help them with familiarizing ordering and processing system;
-Tracking orders and shooting troubles and problems
-Keeping frequent communication with partner Company in Italy and in foreign countries

Promptness for this full time job;

Working hours: 8 daily hours (from 08:00 to 20:00); 40 weekly hours (5 days; weekend included);
Base: Parco Leonardo/ Roma Fiumicino;
Employment contract: supply contract (3 months with a training course for 3 weeks);
